HGK-55 Fully Automatic Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzer
The fully automatic Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzer is an automatic intelligent instrument designed based on the classic Kellshaw nitrogen determination principle. It is widely used to detect ammonia, nitrogen, and protein nitrogen content in grain and oil foods, dairy products, beverages, feed, soil, fertilizers, and certain chemical products. It is an important chemical analysis instrument for product quality testing.
The fully automatic Kjeldah's HGK-55 nitrogen analyzer features a new long-life design, 32-bit microcomputer intelligent control, LCD color touchscreen operation, and menu-style interface for human-machine interaction. The instrument determines the acid-base equilibrium endpoint of the reaction cup by observing changes in the red, green, and blue primary color states, a technique renowned for its stability and anti-interference properties. It can indicate whether ammonia gas is being distilled. When the device starts, it automatically cleans and calibrates, eliminating the need for manual calibration and avoiding human inconsistencies.
Features:
1. Distillation and titration are performed simultaneously and automatically display in a spectrum format whether the ammonia gas has been distilled and whether the titration is at the equilibrium point.
2. Capable of detecting quality control samples and displaying and analyzing storage quality control charts.
3. Small titration volume 0.8μl; the instrument automatically adjusts the small titration volume according to standard acid concentration.
4. The titration volume of standard acid consumption ranges from 0ml to 60ml, unaffected by the burette volume range.
5. Standard acid concentration range: 0.01~0.4mol/L standard acid.
6. Features various safety door detection, reagent level detection, automatic discharge of digestive tube and reaction cup waste, real-time monitoring of cooling water flow and pressure, automatic preheating of distillation cups, and automatic shutdown of condensate during instrument idleness.
7. Real-time temperature detection and control of the reaction cup.
8. Dual modes of manual and automatic for special sample testing.
9. Gap-type alkali addition ensures that acid-base reactions remain under control.
10. Adjustable distillation power: 0~100% distillation power is steplessly adjustable to meet users' special testing requirements.
11. The instrument's internal connection pipelines use specific pipelines, and no replacement is required for 3 years.
12. All reagents are metered and added using a pressureless liquid pump to measure in 1ml units.
13. Titration and distillation are carried out simultaneously.
14. The reaction cup is external, unaffected by external light sources.
15. Data and testing conditions are traceable, capable of storing 200,000 sample data sets, meeting the requirements for data storage within the instrument's effective lifespan, and USB interface can also output data.
16. Quality control data is displayed, stored, analyzed, and can display current and historical quality control charts.
