BOD-573 BOD Analyzer | Manometric BOD₅ Testing

Product Description

Manometric BOD₅ measurement for water and wastewater testing

BOD-573 BOD Analyzer

Keywords: BOD analyzer, BOD₅ analyzer, biochemical oxygen demand analyzer, manometric BOD testing system, wastewater BOD testing equipment

The BOD-573 BOD analyzer measures biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) using the manometric pressure method. In a sealed test system, microorganisms consume oxygen as they break down organic matter; the resulting carbon dioxide is absorbed by sodium hydroxide, creating a pressure change that the instrument converts to a BOD reading. The analyzer is designed for water-quality assessment and routine monitoring of wastewater treatment processes. It is suited for water-quality testing, wastewater treatment monitoring, and laboratory BOD₅ testing.

BOD-573 BOD Analyzer

Key Features

1.  Differential-pressure measurement for BOD₅ testing in a closed system.

2.  Read the current BOD value during the test or after the selected measurement period.

3.  Measure BOD ranges up to 4,000 mg/L by selecting the appropriate sample volume.

4.  Supports measurement periods from 1 to 30 days, with up to six sample measurements.

5.  Stores BOD₅ results for up to 10 years; date, time, and display backlight are included.

6.  AC adapter accepts 100–240 V AC input.
