Integrated digital rebound testing with voice reporting and on-site data recording
Keywords: HT-225W digital concrete test hammer, integrated voice digital test hammer, digital concrete rebound hammer, concrete rebound testing equipment, USB concrete test hammer with data storage
The HT-225W is an integrated voice digital concrete test hammer for on-site concrete rebound testing, quality inspections, sampling, and laboratory work. This digital concrete rebound hammer combines the test hammer and display in a one-piece design, so there are no connecting wires between them. It records test-area data, calculates component results, and provides spoken readings to support efficient field testing. Stored results can be transferred to a computer through USB without installing a separate driver.
1. Integrated one-piece design for convenient carrying and operation.
2. Measures concrete rebound values using a non-contact metal reflection grating sensor while retaining the mechanical pointer scale.
3. Color LCD with 176 × 220 resolution and selectable backlight levels.
4. Voice reporting lets operators hear readings during testing.
5. Records component measurement details and automatically calculates results.
6. Stores up to 200 standard components, with up to 99 test areas per component.
7. Includes a built-in uniform curve; users can add up to 20 test curves.
8. Allows upper and lower rebound limits to be set in software, with out-of-range readings removed automatically.
9. Transfers data to a computer through USB 2.0 without requiring a separate driver.
10. Calendar, clock, backlight, voice volume, sleep, and automatic shutoff settings support field use and battery management.
