Digital rebound testing for on-site concrete strength assessment
Keywords: HT-225V digital concrete test hammer, digital concrete rebound hammer, concrete rebound tester 10–60 MPa, concrete strength testing equipment, USB concrete test hammer with data storage
The HT-225V digital concrete test hammer is a digital concrete rebound hammer for evaluating concrete rebound values and automatically calculating assessment results. This concrete strength testing equipment is designed for on-site inspection, sampling, and laboratory work, with a stated measuring range of 10–60 MPa. Its color LCD, mechanical scale, and voice reporting help operators read and record measurements in the field. Onboard storage and USB 2.0 data transfer make this a practical concrete rebound tester for organized testing workflows. An optional portable infrared printer can produce reports on site.
1. Measures rebound values for concrete assessment within a stated range of 10–60 MPa.
2. Combines a color display and mechanical scale for reading backup.
3. Provides voice reporting to support field testing workflows.
4. Uses a non-contact metal reflection grating and reflective encoder sensor.
5. Automatically calculates results and can remove readings outside user-set upper and lower rebound limits.
6. Stores up to 408,000 test points and supports up to 20 additional test curves.
7. Transfers stored test data to a computer through a USB 2.0 interface.
8. Supports on-site report printing with an infrared portable printer (optional).
