MINI EC/TDS CONTROLLER WITH 4–20 mA OUTPUT
The PSC-54 is a compact EC/TDS mini controller for commercial and industrial water treatment systems. It measures conductivity and total dissolved solids across extended ranges, provides a 4–20 mA output, and uses a user-defined relay setpoint to switch connected equipment when the measured value rises above the configured limit. The controller also supports temperature display and digital calibration.
1. Extended measurement ranges — for total dissolved solids (TDS) and electrical conductivity (EC)
2. 4–20 mA output — output signal for integration with compatible monitoring or control equipment
3. Temperature display — temperature display mode with automatic temperature compensation (ATC) from 1 to 65 °C (33 to 149 °F)
4. Digital calibration — calibration to a selected point
5. Adjustable relay setpoint — can switch a connected pump or valve when the reading rises above the user-set value
6. Stainless steel electrode — with an optional alarm setting
The 2.3-inch backlit LCD shows the measured value and unit, with a relay indicator beside the screen and the controller marking on the front face. The right-hand column carries the enter/set, calibration, and unit/mute keys.
